Job Description

What You Will DoAs an Administrative Assistant/Customer Support you will be the liaison between clients, partners, and management. You will manage client interactions via phone, email and face-to-face while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries, documenting client interactions, and resolve concerns
  • Update and maintain client records in our database
  • Share client feedback and concerns with management to help improve service
  • Assist in gathering and organizing information for reports
  • Follow company guidelines to ensure proper documentation and reporting
  • Follow up with partners and log all interactions within the required timeline to the appropriate channels
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 1-3 years of customer service, administrative work, or related experience
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organization: Good time management and attention to detail
  • Problem-Solving: A positive attitude and ability to think on your feet
  • Team Player: Able to work independently but also collaborate with a team
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and work with different types of information and reports
