Job Description

Job Summary:As a Financial Services Representative at Primerica, you will work with clients to help them understand and improve their financial health. You will provide guidance on various financial products and services, focusing on long-term financial planning and wealth-building strategies.Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Education: Educate clients on financial concepts, including budgeting, debt management, retirement planning, and insurance options.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct needs assessments to understand clients #39; financial situations and goals.
  • Product Recommendations: Present and explain financial products, including life insurance, investment options, and debt management solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma required; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, sales ability, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Licensing: Obtain necessary licenses (such as life insurance and securities licenses) as required by state regulations.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales or financial services is beneficial but not mandatory.
