Job Description

Job Summary:As a Financial Services Representative, you will assist clients in understanding and improving their financial health. This includes offering guidance on various financial products and services, with an emphasis on long-term financial planning and wealth-building strategies.Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Education: Educate clients on financial concepts such as budgeting, debt management, retirement planning, and insurance options.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct needs assessments to gain insight into clients #39; financial situations and goals.
  • Product Recommendations: Present and explain financial products, including life insurance, investment options, and debt management solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all client interactions and transactions adhere to regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Training and Development: Participate in continuous training to stay updated on financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma required; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to influence, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Licensing: Obtain required licenses (e.g., life insurance, securities) as mandated by state regulations.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales or financial services is beneficial but not required.
