Keller Williams Advantage Realty is seeking an experienced Agent Services Coordinator who will positively represent the Company and serve as the first point of contact for all agents, clients and visitors to the brokerage. The Agent Services Coordinator will play a key role in daily agent administration by on-boarding and servicing our agents, being a daily point of contact for agent requests and questions, directing incoming telephone and email communications, supporting front desk reception and providing additional administrative support to the Management Team as required to run the day to day organization.Job Responsibilities:· Assist Leadership Team by processing and on-boarding new sales representatives through efficient and timely completion of paperwork and transition support· Hold weekly agent orientations, and one-on-one’s as needed with agents joining· Enter information accurately into Company databases· Greet all agents, clients and visitors entering the Keller Williams office with a friendly and professional approach· Receive and issue property deposit receipts· Assist associates with paperwork questions, missing items and answer questions quickly and efficiently· Assist in accurate data entry for transaction files and paperwork when needed· Perform all duties following Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)· Receive mail and deliveries· Completing off-boarding process with exiting agents· Make outbound calls to our agents to ensure they are up to date on upcoming events, and training opportunities.· Assist Team Leader in coordinating and running monthly and weekly meetings· Assist the Management Team with additional duties as required· Assist in front desk reception and supportQualifications and Skills: · Secondary School diploma or equivalent (preferred)· Residential real estate experience preferred· Minimum 1+ years of administrative/receptionist experience required· Superior customer service skills with a friendly people-oriented approach· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities· Analytical with a strong attention to detail· Reliable and punctual· High level of initiative· Strong problem-solving skills and solutions-based approach· Works well under pressure and is up for a challenge· Computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office)Work Hours: · Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 5:00pmCOVID-19 Considerations: · Company Pandemic Policy and Safety Plan in place and updated as needed· Applicable PPE provided (e.g., plastic barriers, and masks & gloves)· Daily sanitizing of high contact areas performedExperience: · Administrative: 1 year (preferred)· Real Estate: 1 year, (residential preferred)Work Remotely: · NoKeller Williams Advantage Realty is committed to building a diverse workforce representative of the communities we serve.
