Due to the nature of the business being highly dependent on our portfolio of clients and associated deliverables, the role challenges you out of your comfort zone but is an immense opportunity to learn & develop while incorporating fun at the job and involves a hands-on onboarding process to help you settle into your new position.Overall SummaryWe’re searching for a talented and passionate associate to join our team, building processes, and support with advanced data analysis in our engagements to deliver strategic solutions for clients.The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with large amounts of data in various, sometimes ambiguous formats. Specific responsibilities include developing statistical and financial models, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations and scenarios.Responsibilities

  • Take a lead role in the analysis of data and support with the implication to business strategy to develop client recommendation and strategy
  • Research and develop statistical models and sustainable processes
  • Help in preparing and presenting client deliverables
Requirements
  • 2-3 years or equivalent experience working as a Data Analyst
  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (Advanced degree in Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering preferred) or Business
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to convert data into business insights
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
  • Strong proficiency in 2 of the following tools: VBA, Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, MATLAB, Excel
