Role: Business Analyst With MDM and Food industry ExperienceLocation: Toronto, ONDuration- Long TermJOB PURPOSE:The Business Analyst will work closely with our Product Owner on a muti-year, multi-million-dollartransformation program spanning across all McCain geographies. As a member of the team, theindividual will work closely with key business resources, stakeholders, implementation partner, andthe core program team to facilitate, capture, and validate business requirements in line with programscope and deliverables. The position will also assist in data management, governance, and dataquality of master data requirements for various regions to ensure master data integrity across theorganization. This role will report to Director, Global Data Governance.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Program ExecutionFacilitate workshops with business to capture, maintain, and track business requirementsMaintain and ensure appropriate sign off on business requirement document and solutiondesign documents are obtainedWork with business to capture all product data attributes required to build into InformaticasPIM P360 tool and syndication to third party data pools and McCain public website(s)Work with Integration team to capture all product attributes and transformations required toensure source to target mapping is completedMap all fields from source systems to P360, and apply transformation as neededCreate Roles & Responsibilities within P360 for end usersDesign business process workflows for new, change and discontinuation products (source toP360 and outbound)Validate P360 reports (workflow, exports/imports, web site, data rollup, and data pool)Create P360 data load schedules and validate data in preparation for data loadsCommunicate with 3rd party providers (i.e. Data Pools) in preparation for testing and go-liveCreate UAT test casesWork with Product Owner to assist executing UAT test cases, log defects and retest onceresolved, provide UAT testing reportCreate and maintain training manual for business usersProvide training to business users and support post training/go-liveCreate user access and assign users to roles in P360Data Quality & AnalyticsCreate and maintain business glossaryWork with business to build data quality rulesValidate data quality error reports from IICS and P360, including P360 dashboardReview enterprise data modelProvide direction on data cleansing and data profiling activitiesKEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:You Should Apply Ifo You are motivated by the potential of technology to transform a global businesso You enjoy working with diverse stakeholders to build trusting relationships thatleverage your interpersonal and communication skillso You are curious and challenge the status quo and seek opportunities to deliverproducts and solution that truly transform the businessEducation and Experienceo Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science,Information Technology, or related field.o Minimum of 2-5 years experience with program execution and business analysiso Minimum of 2-5 years experience in data management/governance, including butnot limited to data governance, master data management, data protection, and/ordata qualityo Preferred: Informatica Suite of Products (PIM P360, IICS), Salesforce, and DataCatalog / Data Governance / MDM technologies and systemso Preferred: experience in CPG or food and beverageGlobal data transformation and data-focused change managemento Experience harmonizing systems, processes, and/or data across business areas andfunctionso Experience developing and implementing data governance policies and standardso Experience building data catalogs and business glossarieso Experience documenting solutions in support of standards and best practiceso Demonstrated track record of producing work that is highly accurate, demonstrateattention to detail, and reflect well on the organizationo Experience participating in or leading organizational change management initiativesCommunication and influencing skillso Strong facilitation and project leadership skills with the ability to drive issues toclosureo Demonstrated ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships with ability toengage resources outside of direct-control to gain consensus, meet deadlines andachieve goals and objectives.o Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and writteno Positive attitude and a team playerExperience and flexible self-startedo Experience working on an agile team in a virtual, distributed environmento Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and participate as an independentcontributor with little supervision or as an active team member depending on thesituation and needsCritical thinking:o Analytical and interpretation skills, ability to review data and gain insighto Decision-making skills with the ability to investigate and weigh alternatives and selectthe course of action that provides the greatest benefit to the organizationo Creative thinking skills with the ability to ask the needed bigger-picture questions thatlead to process improvementso Experience establishing metrics/key performance indicators to measure businessimpact and process compliancThanks & Regards,HarshajaApptoza Inc.Email: harshaja@apptoza.comPhone#:647-953-1625Mobile#:(762) 309-8868Website: www.apptoza.comQuick Apply
