Job Description

Main duties and Responsibilities

  • Will be part of Group IT-OCIO and Interacts with all the Group IT Domains as a Business Controller.
  • Working closely with Sudhir and Stephane in managing Finances and Budget Forecasts.
  • Collecting and managing Forecast for all domains in Grout IT.
  • Define Plans to meet the forecast and reporting accuracy of the forecasts.
  • Tracking, reporting and managing spend for all categories across the Domains.
  • Developing and managing Forecast so that all domains meet the Forecasting numbers.
  • Auditing of Finances for all the domains
  • Awareness of Group IT structure and working closely with the Leaders of these domains.
Required Skill
  • Good communication, analytical and organization skills;
  • Knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Takes the lead and does not need much supervision to perform activities.
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
  • 9 – 13 (3 years min relevant experience in the role)
  • Experience translating business strategies into accountable priorities for the team
  • Demonstrated successful managing of individuals or team to achieve goals while maintaining individual or team satisfaction
  • Demonstrated experience counseling or mentoring individuals to enable them to meet personal goals while simultaneously meeting organizational needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience successfully defining and leading at least one large complex project to achieve functional area goals
