• Oversee a few areas for cloud product automation, ISV vendor onboarding etc. in TD Synnex cloud marketplace platform.
• Attend meetings with technical product manager and business team and provide system solutions to business problems.
• Document your design of the solution and work with development team to implement and test the programs.
• Manage application development and release cycle.
• Support for production issues and work with development to fix program bugs.

• Analyze moderately complex business problems and processes.
• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, documenting and developing systems and procedures that meet user requirements.
• Configure system settings and options; plan and execute acceptance testing; and create specifications for systems.
• Design details of automated systems.
• Collaborate with others in our Business Operations group and IT Development Group on system development.
• May act as a lead on cross-functional projects to address business or system issues.

Your passion is sparked by:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related major.
• Working knowledge of a particular technology field or business plus proven experience working on problems of moderate scope.
• Solid business communication and document writing skills plus demonstrated good judgment in defining procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Query and Data Analytics skills and experience on job related projects.
• Ability to work with offshore teams on flexible hours.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL (Sybase/MySQL), Java, REST API, Azure/AWS/GCP is considered as an asset.
