A Better World.Don’t miss out on the opportunity to work alongside the world’s best in paediatric healthcare.Position DescriptionPosition DescriptionThe Canadian Inflammatory Bowel Disease Network (CIDsCaNN) is looking for a Clinical Research Project Coordinator, with an interest and expertise in Data Management, to work in the context of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Centre at The Hospital for Sick Children.The Canadian Children Inflammatory Bowel Disease Network (CIDsCaNN) is a national network funded by the ChILD Foundation, involving 12 academic centers across Canada, SickKids being the lead site. CIDsCaNN aims to undertake patient-based research to understand why Inflammatory Bowel Disease is increasing among children living in Canada, and to define the best therapies for subgroups of patients.The Project Coordinator will be an integral part of the CIDsCaNN Data Coordinating Centre (DCC) based out of SickKids. This position is responsible for assisting in the management of data quality and integrity, overall maintenance of sample organization and storage, and other administrative tasks. They will work closely with the Network’s 12 sites, the Data Manager, the Communications Specialist, and Biostatistician; and will be supervised by the Director of the DCC as well as the National Project Manager.
