We strive to provide inclusive jewellery designs for everyone.We are seeking a Fulfillment Associate to join our team and play a vital role in operations and customer support. Reporting to the Founder and CEO of Aiori, the Fulfillment Associate will be responsible to answering customer emails, packing orders, and inventory management.This position is located in Midtown Toronto (Yonge/Eglinton area).Part time hours (8-24 hours/week)The RoleWe are looking for a high-performing Customer Care Representative who is an expert in handling multiple customers to resolve issues and recommend solutions. You are able to work independently and have great problem-solving skills. You always care about the quality of your work and act with Integrity by delivering on commitments made. You are also able to confidently communicate via written email and messaging.This position is mostly done remotely but you may be asked from time to time to come into the office. We are located in Midtown Toronto (Yonge/Eglinton area).Part time hours (8-12 hours/week)Responsibilities· Answering customer enquiries via email and website chat· Following up on open support tickets until the customer service tickets are resolved· Work with our Fulfillment Associates to ensure orders are properly fulfilled and managed· Suggest ways to improve the customer experienceQualifications· Minimum 1 year of Customer Care experience· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy· Experience in Customer Service· Strong organizational skills· Strong work ethic and professional attitudeJob Type: Part-timePart-time hours: 12 per weekSalary: $16.00-$18.00 per hourSchedule:
