Job Description

WELL is also a provider of digital health, billing, and cybersecurity-related technology solutions.WELL’s Billing and Back-Office Business Unit supports physicians with technology and services designed to improve practice performance and reduce administrative burden. It includes companies such as DoctorCare, the Canadian market leader for billing solutions, ClinicAid, Doctors Services Group, and Secure Solutions Now. Combined, these companies support over 6,000 doctors across CanadaPosition Summary:We are looking for a Digital Marketing and Content Manager to take the lead in managing and executing all demand-generation activities for the Billing and Back-Office Unit portfolio of companies. You will create and execute new and innovative strategies across a variety of channels to attract new customers in our current and new markets across Canada.This is an exciting time to join WELL’s Billing and Back-Office Business Unit team as we launch aggressive growth plans and new strategic projects heading into 2023.Key Responsibilities:

  • Quickly come up to speed on the portfolio of companies’ technology solutions, partnerships, and product offerings across Canada
  • Develop and manage the execution of digital and content marketing initiatives including:
    • Content development (reference guides, blogs, whitepapers, webinars)
    • Optimizing content for SEO
    • Email marketing and social media
    • Marketing automation platform and reporting capabilities
    • Strategic partnership marketing initiatives
  • Work with a cross functional team (Sales, Product Management, Customer Success) to establish growth and demand generation strategies to support the portfolio’s revenue goals
Here’s What You Offer:
  • 5 years’ experience building and executing content and digital marketing campaigns
  • Excellent copywriting/copy editing skills
  • Deep knowledge of SEO practices and tools including Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with SEM practices and tools including SEMRush and GoogleAds
  • Experience working with WordPress, MailChimp, Salesforce
  • Demonstrated project management and creative problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with healthcare organizations preferably physician practices is a bonus
