Everything is hand-carved, weaving the ethereal through our preciously, meticulously crafted pieces. You can find our line carried internationally at retailers like Catbird, No3 shop, Love Adorned, and more.Our small team is incredibly laid back and so enjoyable to collaborate with, but also very skilled and efficient when it gets busy! We are a team of 10 and have regular company lunches or treats and an overall easy, caring atmosphere filled with jewels and fleurs. Were hoping to expand our team with those who would like to be with us long-term as we launch our first flagship retail shop!Job descriptionFine Jewellery Concierge (Customer Service retail + email CS): Full time (40 hrs)A background in fine jewellery CS/retail sales of jewellery /gemstones is required. Luxury sales background is a plus and may be considered if jewellery CS/sales are not on your resume.Start date: as soon as possibleSchedule: Wednesday through SundayWere looking for an enthusiastic, self-driven, and very knowledgable fine jewellery concierge who is interested in working at our retail shop at 919 Queen St West, Toronto. Were a very small but quickly growing company and are looking for someone who would like to join the team long term!The position’s focus is: Customer service within our retail shop and supporting our email CS team where needed. You will be working with us to creatively craft our customer experience details online and in person, as well as take appointments and calls with customers.We are looking for someone passionate about jewellery with leadership skills who really enjoys identifying issues and opportunities with customer experience. You would be working with us to gather customer insights and work creatively and collaboratively with Laurie + the team. We are looking for a very self-driven individual who understands brand building, customer research and how to initiate tests and projects to develop customer experience. …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………The position will require:-Must have at least 1 year fine jewellery retail customer service experience.-Must be comfortable and thorough in speaking with and emailing customers, answering all of their questions and presenting them with stone options (and a plethora of jewellery/gemstone knowledge)-Strong written and verbal communication skills-Merchandising/stocking the shop and keeping it tidy. We will have tons of plants in-store so there may be a bit of very basic plant care as well!-High level of comfort in handling appointments/calls with customers (for custom work, etc)-Be familiar with some jewellery shop security protocols-Be thoughtful, empathetic, and welcoming to our customers-Punctual, responsible, detail-oriented and efficient-Works well in a tight-knit team, is collaborative, has patience, has great communication skills and isn’t afraid to ask questions or for assistance……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………Please let us know a bit about yourself, your skills, and anything you would like to add about why you would like to join our team!Please include your resume, references and relevant experience.
