Were hoping to expand our team with those who would like to be with our CS team long-term.Job descriptionFine Jewellery Concierge (email CS focused) OR Manager: Full time (40 hrs)A background in fine jewellery is required. Luxury sales background is a plus and may be considered if jewellery CS/sales are not on your resume.Start date: immediateSchedule: Monday - FridayPosition Summary: This position will be about crafting our customer experience over email— serving customers, helping them through our bespoke process and sourcing and pricing gemstones for bespoke. We are looking to hire either a CS associate or are open to a Manager role, if you consider yourself a good fit for managing our small CS team. The Manager position would include serving customers, but also working with our email CS team on organization, efficiency/scaling, and being responsible for the success of that team.…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………The position will require: -Must have at least 1 year customer service experience, preferably through email, and in the fine jewellery industry-Must be comfortable and thorough in speaking with/emailing customers, answering all of their questions and presenting them with stone/jewellery options (and a plethora of jewellery/gemstone and product knowledge)-Be able to interpret what our customers are asking for via email & present them with solutions/options in a helpful manner-Fine jewellery and gemstone knowledge is a huge, huge plus that will be key in the position, but we will further train on this-Strong written and verbal communication skills-Communicating clearly with our production team on customer orders and deadlines-Maintains confidence and comfort even when volume is high at certain times of year-Be thoughtful, empathetic, and welcoming to our customers-Punctual, responsible, detail-oriented and efficient-Works well in a tight-knit team, is collaborative, has patience, has great communication skills and isn’t afraid to ask questions or for assistance……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………Please let us know a bit about yourself, your skills, and anything you would like to add about why you would like to join our team!Please include your resume, references and relevant experience.
