  • You will be assigned to an industry group or to mergers and acquisitions;
  • You will work under the overall direction of a senior officer in a group of experienced professionals as they generate ideas, advise clients and execute transactions;
How You Will Contribute
  • Research and analyze clients financial situations, industry and market data, identify, research and analyze merger and acquisition opportunities;
  • Develop valuation models of individual private and public companies, as well as merged entities;
  • Assist with client negotiations and documentation;
  • Prepare external client proposals and internal underwriting memos;
  • Prepare and contribute to the delivery of client presentations;
  • Aid senior team members with idea generation;
  • Manage and review the work of analysts; and,
  • Develop internal relationships in order to leverage products and services provided by TD.
Job Requirements
  • Graduating in December of 2023 or spring/summer 2024 with an MBA and work experience.
  • Have a combination of strong analytical skills, excellent communications abilities and a solid foundation in finance or mathematics;
Ability to work effectively in a team environment; and, Demonstrated leadership experience (.i.e. sports, clubs, extracurricular activities, philanthropy).Additional InformationEarly Talent Requirements
