Job Description

Description:We are looking for a full-time invisible mending individual, with at least 5 years of experience in mending, sewing and tailoring. The chosen candidate will be responsible mainly for mending different and all kinds of fabrics for restoration and repair. This is an amazing opportunity for someone interested in providing an exceptional specific technical craft and the ability to repair damage garments.· As our Invisible mender, you will be responsible to implement weaving methods to rebuild the fabric for clothing, like suits, dresses or other items like blankets or curtains that has been damaged.· Assess fabric and its structure to determine the best option for restauration. The successful candidate will also have training and experience with tools and equipment to rebuild the garment.· The mender will have impeccable experience in the reconstruction of the weft yarn in the hemp and the warp yearn utilizing the new fabric for restauration.· Be efficient and on task at all times.· Ability to collaborate and assist in a group environment. Team player, reliability, organized.· Provide training when needed to less experience seamstress.· Manual Dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, ability to distinguish between colors.· Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling and physically demanding.QUALIFICATIONS· Certificate of achievement in sewing and tailoring· Stitching experience (Required)· Invisible mending experience (Required)Employment hours40.00 – 48.00/ weekSalary$ 50/50 split on salesJob typeFull timePermanentReliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:
