  • build, test and support various features of enterprise applications and related digital products
  • work closely with a product development team to provide services for Ontarians in the most effective way possible
  • work with world-class technologies: Microsoft Azure, the Microsoft stack of development tools and technologies and modern interface design tools.
How do I qualifyTechnical Knowledge and ExperienceTechnical Knowledge and Experience
  • You have experience working independently and under guidance of senior staff to develop high quality software features built on modern web technologies such as Microsoft Development tools, Office 365, SharePoint.
  • You have proven experience programming in languages like Angular, React and design tools like CSS and others.
  • You have worked with relational and non-relational databases like MySQL, SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and others.
  • You have experience working with distributed version control tools like Azure DevOps, GIT, Bitbucket or similar.
  • You have knowledge of Service Management or Help Desk applications such as BMC Remedy.
Analytical and Judgement Skills
  • You have experience capturing and refining user requirements using variety of methods such as user stories, as well as using tools such as Balsamiq, JIRA, Confluence or similar, to document those requirements.
  • You have experience following industry standard systems development life cycles, methodologies and techniques like Agile, iterative and waterfall.
  • You have demonstrated ability providing technical support to end users, analyzing, debugging software problems and providing recommendations for system improvements.
Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • You have demonstrated ability communicating within a multi-disciplinary team consisting of business leads, developers, testers and managers.
  • You have oral communication skills to assist, guide, explain and instruct users.
  • You have written communication skills to write technical reports and draft procedures as well as user-facing presentations.
Organizational Skills
  • You have demonstrated ability to organize work priorities and to keep senior staff advised of progress, issues and conflicts.
  • You have organization skills to manage multiple tasks, ensuring strict deadlines are met.
