In addition, they will support the development of new and innovative learning solutions grounded in adult education methodology. As a learning experience expert, you will work with internal partners and business SMEs to plan, design, develop and deliver holistic learning experiences that strengthen employee capabilities.This role is responsible for incorporating the latest adult learning principles to develop solutions that increase engagement, enhance retention, develop capabilities, increase time to proficiency, and aid knowledge transfer to help achieve business results.You have a refined design eye, strong understanding of instructional design principals, and experience in multiple modalities (blended, eLearning, ILT, VILT, social, mobile, video). You can lead learning initiatives ranging in size, scope, and complexity, while advocating for the learner and learning experience.The Learning Experience Specialist will report to the CEX Program Manager.Accountabilities:
