And finally, we care - a lot - about our work and our team.The Role:We're looking for someone to own end-to-end project coordination on the Operations team. This person will play a critical role in internal project coordination, stakeholder management, process improvement and ultimately supporting company-wide growth and expansion efforts. In this role, you will work closely with our Operations team, alongside other Atlus teams, and external partners to provide strategic planning and coordination for projects such as international pilot projects, research projects, and product expansion into new geographic and language markets.This role is a great opportunity for someone entering the Operations, Tech Start-Up, or Assessment world looking to grow their portfolio and learn from strong mentors.This is a full-time role reporting to the Operations Manager - Assessment Content, ideally located in Ontario, but open to other parts of Canada. We are a remote-first company but will return to a limited office presence in Toronto post-Covid to accommodate employees that want/need an office.Within 1 Month, You Will:Onboard and get to know the team! We will work hard to make sure you feel supported and well-prepared to take on your new roleObserve and contribute in our team meetings! You’ll get a clearer picture of how things work on the operations team, while also giving input about how things can get even better (fresh eyes are key to continuous improvement)Learn from your peers- this role will manage projects within operations that involve many cross-functional stakeholders at Altus. Meet with folks across the team, ask them questions, shadow them, and learn as much as you can.Get to know the ins and outs of Operations! Learn about all of the moving parts, develop an understanding of how all of the pieces of the puzzle work together, and pave the way to become the in-house expert in strategic project planning and coordinationWithin 3 Months, You Will:Understand the end-to-end project coordination process on the Operations team! Given that there are so many moving parts in operations, you’ll need to understand the ins and outs of planning and coordinating a successful project from start to finishElevate the current processes we’ve got in place for internal projects - like we said, fresh eyes are keyLeverage data and process - we’re looking to increase business effectiveness and efficiency, creating valuable systems that make us better. Which processes are working well Which are not How do you knowWork cross-functionally with other Altus teams. This means collaborating, communicating and advocating to ensure smooth operations in everything we do.Become known internally as the go-to for all Altus Suite Pilot project coordination and execution- if we’re running a pilot, you’re owning it!Within 12 Months, You Will:Be an in-house expert on internal strategic project planning and coordinationChallenge the status quo of “how it’s always been done”. Answer the question “How can we improve” and help come up with a plan to get thereWork in tandem with other Altus teams and external partners to implement and coordinate internal projectsWork with Operations to develop and refine our internal project coordination processesAlong with the Altus teammates, build strong relationships with external partnersHave first-hand experience planning, implementing and coordinating internal projects!
