PA/Office ManagerAre you highly organised with great attention to detail We are looking for a PA/Office manager who ideally has experience working within an administrative role and who has worked within office management roles.A bit about the job:The purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of strong client and staff experience in the Toronto office of Aviva Investors. You will need to establish and maintain good working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and provide administrative assistance to the business head located in the office in conjunction with his EA, and more generally for the team. You will support our existing clients by working with sales, client service and reporting teams. You will be accountable for providing a positive reception journey for clients and other guests and you will support the business heads through providing general administrative duties as required and coordinating travel and expenses where required. You will need to arrange internal and external meetings and provide necessary documentation in a timely and efficient way and act proactively to execute tasks where business head input/decision is not required.Skills and experience we’re looking for:
