Become part of a strong and successful company that’s trusted by millions of Canadians to do the right thing.Be your best at Canada Life.We are looking for a Field Operations Personnel AgentGiven the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: Toronto, London, Winnipeg.Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Contracts & Licensing (formerly Assistant Manager, Field Ops & Recognition), this position is suited for an individual who shows strong attention to detail, is highly motivated with excellent analytical and problem solving skills and thrives in an environment that is constantly changing. A Field Ops Personnel Agent will be accountable for onboarding and administration of career events affecting the Advisor Solutions channel as well as other types of onboarding outside of Advisor Solutions, assist with various administrative tasks and data input into various compensation systems. You are a facilitator between the advisors and field mgmt, as well as the regulatory boards and securities commissions. The successful applicant will be expected to learn and become familiar with the rules and processes as well as the legal requirements of the governing boards for each province and be able to apply that knowledge to a variety of scenarios to determine what is required from both a legal and systems perspective.What you will do
