This position is primarily responsible for the fulfillment of Business Client wire transfer requirements in the IBC Wires Department. Provides end to end processing through RFT/RFX systems in a timely, accurate and cost efficient manner. Assists with Wire payment investigations as necessary, liaises with Clients and Service Partners for clarification, instructions and resolution to concerns relative to the money transfer function.What will you do

  • Input/Release function for all activities related to IBC Wires.
  • Book incoming/outgoing wires with Capital Market/ treasury.
  • Manage internal and external client relationships from a service perspective, including direct client interactions where appropriate.
  • Proactively manage escalated items to satisfactory resolution.
  • Provides consistent service within established SLA and seeks to improve the quality timeliness and consistency of responses to clients
  • Reviews the work of others for accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Follows up to ensure tasks are completed and commitments are met by others
What do you need to succeedMust-have
  • Strong knowledge in processing wire payments.
  • Proven ability to work with highly driven teams.
Nice-to-have
  • Knowledge of SWIFT
  • Bilingual ( English and French)
  • Working knowledge of RFT and RFX
  • Experience with client facing roles.
