Working together, our global team is changing the way our business operates, delivering value to our member firms and driving positive change in the communities we serve.Central Services operates like an internal agency that supports the Global Marketing and Global Communications teams. They produce relevant campaign assets that improve cost and resource efficiencies and drive innovation, quality and consistency. The project managers work in close collaboration with internal clients, onshore suppliers and offshore resourcecentres in India and Chile. Together, they deliver high quality results, manage budget tracking and collaborate with Digital, Brand, Risk, Procurement, Legal and vendors to streamline the process. Deliverables include: web and print design, market research, video production, editorial, social media, public relations, measurement, events and photography.The role of Program Delivery Manager within the Global Marketing and Global Communications teams is to provide end-to-end project management and delivery of marketing communications activities. They act as a critical liaison point between the needs of the strategic teams and the offshore centres based in India and Chile, and other external suppliers, such as agencies. Program Delivery Managers often have a specialist area of expertise (ie. research, digital, design, video, digital, social media, public relations, print production, etc)What you will do:Project Management

  • End-to-end production management of all global marketing and global communications deliverables (ie, from a simple e-announcement to a complex thought leadership brochure to a fully integrated PR campaign with digital elements.)
Vendor Management
  • Day-to-day management of marketing and communications suppliers
  • Chair regular status meetings with external suppliers on all live projects
  • Play an important role in the motivation and overall performance of the team in India and Chile
Process Management and Education
  • Educate and ensure all processes are followed by global internal clients and offshore teams
  • Work closely with internal digital, brand, procurement, legal and risk review teams to deliver quality within process
Management and Motivation of Shared Services team in India and Chile
  • Liaise with the team in India and Chile to manage quality of output, and ensure a strong ‘one team’ approach
  • Highlight successes and any issues to the leaders in Program Delivery
Internal Network Management and Client Service
  • Build excellent relationships with all internal clients and proactively manage these relationships to ensure continuous feedback is obtained and acted upon
Internal Consultancy, Knowledge Sharing and Best Practice
  • Act as a ‘trusted advisor’ to internal clients on project scope, vendor selection, budget and project management
  • Proactively share knowledge and best practices to internal clients
Reporting and Budget Management
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on budget and on time
  • Oversee quality control
  • Report on a regular basis on all current projects and provide this to the leaders of Program Delivery
What you bring to this role:Experience & Knowledge
  • An operational marketing and communications professional with at least four years of experience. Agency or professional services experience would be an asset.
  • Experience in collaborating with senior management
  • Ability to embrace process, digital and technical aspects of production
  • Experience in a client service orientated marketing and communications environment
  • Demonstrate success in operational, process driven marketing, ideally in an offshore location
  • Experience in managing digital first projects and campaigns, including best practices for all digital channels and a sound understanding of digital technology and terminology.
  • Experience of managing sophisticated third-party marketing and PR suppliers
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to get buy-in and support for projects from diverse and often widespread stakeholders
  • Experience of managing high performing, virtual teams – global expertise would be an asset
  • Strong project management ability and client service skills
  • Solid marketing skills across a wide range of traditional and digital channels
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Familiarity with Adobe AEM or design experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and/or other desktop programs would be an asset, but not required. As a conduit to the Digital team, it is important to be digital savvy
  • Embraces change and enjoys the challenge of creating his/her own imprint
  • Flexible and able to operate in the context of very different cultures and national approaches
  • Ability to travel internationally as required - minimal
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as required - connecting and collaborating with colleagues in different time zones
