The Intel Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) has been delivering industry leading custom logic solutions to customers since inventing the worlds first programmable logic device in 1984. To expand the technology that provides us with advantages in programmable solutions, we are looking for a phenomenal engineer to join our high-powered team.Come Intern with our Programmable Solutions Group (PSG). You will working with FPGA team, CISE (Custom IP and Solution Engineering) organization delivering on next-generation IPs, Subsystems, Solutions to various PSG BUs (business unit).Roles and responsibilities may include: RTL Coding, Pre-Si Verification, Synthesis, & Timing Analysis of FPGA IP CoresThe ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

  • Highly motivated curious and a team player with keen interest in finding and resolving silicon failures
Length of internship: 9 months with the possibility to extend it as per business needs.QualificationsYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.Minimum Qualifications:
  • Pursing a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
3+ months of experience or relevant course work in:
  • Computer System Architecture
  • Verilog, SV and/or UVM
  • Perl and/or Python
  • C and/or C++ programming
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience with synthesis, and timing analysis tools
