We value difference-makers, and individuals and teams who bring high energy, passion, and a relentless commitment to excellence to their roles.SummaryThe Recruiter, NIR will report to the Supervisor, NIR and help to augment our provider network.Responsibilities:Working in a high volume environment managing entire recruitment cycle from beginning to end; including sourcing of candidates, interviewing, and offer stagesContribute to the NIR team’s overall success through strategic thinking and team playingForge excellent relationships with internal and external clients and candidates, using your superior communication and customer service skillsCompiling a resource of potential clinicians for future recruitment throughout Canada and globally through your network, social media and recruiter software toolsContribute to other recruitment activities from time to time, including job fairs, presentations, and related activities both on and off siteAssist in the ongoing maintenance of internal software and databaseSucceeding as a Recruiter, NIR will require the following core qualifications and skills:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related fieldPrevious recruiting and/or sourcing experience is requiredProven organizational and customer service skillsReputation for accountability and for delivering high quality results within tight deadlinesStrong negotiation skillsA professional approach who is adaptable and resilientStrong team playerExcellent knowledge of Outlook and all MS Office ApplicationsFlexibility and willingness to learn new technologyKnowledge of mental health counselling and/or employee assistance program (EAP) a strong assetINDSSJob Grade: MS3About LifeWorksLifeWorks is a global leader in delivering technology-enabled solutions that help clients support the total wellbeing of their people and build organizational resiliency.By improving lives, we improve business.
