Job Description

Equivalent ExperienceAddress: Work From Home OpportunityPay: $20.51/hour unilingual $22.01/hour bilingualContract: 6 months with potential to be extended or go permanentSchedule: 7am-11pm rotating schedule. Must be available 7 days a week and on Holidays.Start Date: January 9, 2023Were looking for strong customer support professionals who can manage complex calls, high volumes, high pressure, being able to work very independent and independently find solutions without a lot of immediate support.MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min. 6 months of experience in a call centre environment
  • Ability to operate a computer with 2 screens (one with soft phone, one with CRM/client info)
  • Able to commit to an 7am-11pm rotating schedule. Must be available 7 days a week and on Holidays.
  • Good home office set up with hard wired ethernet connection (computers cannot connect to wifi)
  • Need to be flexible - Inbound calls with clients who are facing an issue and need to understand what their insurance looks like (can be emotional, can be under pressure)
JOB DESCRIPTIONIn a 24/7 operation, provide timely, accurate, and efficient information and respond to customer service inquiries for clients from numerous programs, ensuring that our clients receive accurate and timely information.Key Responsibilities:
  • Required to attain performance objectives on a monthly basis.
  • Open non-medical cases to guide/assist clients throughout their service needs.
  • Initiate and send claim forms.
  • Provide pre-trip assistance and answer pre-trip questions relating to emergency procedures and policy inquiries.
  • Interpret policies and fully explain benefit coverage and limitations to avoid client confusion.
  • Guide clients through the navigation of pertinent websites for online content and claim submission.
  • Administer and enforce client confidentiality regarding Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Document Act.
  • Provide assistance with translation using an interpreter if necessary.
  • Create and send various types of professional correspondence.
Training:It will be 4 weeks of training the first 2 theory and the next 2 practicum.Practicum means doing the job with a coach on standby, via chat, so it is a bit hectic and requires people who can deal with stress and finding solutions.
