You are naturally inclined to hit up all of the local tech events, as a participant or even a speaker. You are always representing our brand, even if you’re just out for a weekend coffee with friends. Your customers and colleagues will all tell us that you’re a natural people person and a joy to work with.

  • You previously had a similar role with experience as a Customer Success Manager, ideally focused around hospitality or retail tech.
  • You have an in-depth knowledge of the SaaS space and hospitality industries.
  • You get to know your customers - you understand their numbers and their business drivers and how Mobi2Go can help them to succeed. You are the customer’s trusted advisor, the Mobi2Go brand ambassador for the customer experience.
  • On a day to day basis you may be advocating for your customers needs or alternatively educating your customer based on our product roadmap.
  • You are a self starter, diligent, organised, navigate ambiguity, and prioritise going above and beyond in every interaction because it just makes sense to you.
  • You love a target, you land and expand, as well as retain your customer relationships with enviable results.
  • You ‘fill your cup’ through constant learning. You look for opportunities to grow your skills and continually develop. You look around corners with a healthy dose of pragmatism.
  • You hold the keys to the relationship with your customers but are supported by the global crew across Mobi2Go. “Teamwork makes the dreamwork” is a sentiment that you can comfortably embrace.
  • We communicate (written and verbal) internally and externally with teammates, customers and partners. You need to be able to foster good relationships through great communication, which may include simplifying tech speak for non tech peeps and Slacking like a champ.

Our hiring process is robust to reflect the value that we place on hiring the best people that we can.A bit of a breakdown on what the hiring process is like with us:1. Online Interview: If successful the first step in the process is an online interview with an Employee Experience team member. This will be your opportunity to learn whether Mobi2Go is a good fit for you and for us to get to know you. We'll dive into your career journey to understand the path you have been on and what you value at work.2. Technical Assessment Interview: If that goes well you'll have another interview (preferably in person) with the Hiring Manager for this role. This will go into a lot more detail with regards to the technical elements of the role and you'll be able to share more of your specific experience relating to the role. For some roles, we do case studies or further technical tests to give you every opportunity to demonstrate your skills.3. Getting to know the crew: It's likely you'll meet a number of other people on the team too so there are plenty of opportunities for you (and us) to make sure Mobi2Go is the right move for you.4. Psychometric Testing: We do psychometric and ability testing. The testing is done online and should take about 45 minutes. It provides Mobi2Go with an objective snapshot of your general abilities, personality and work styles - even resilience to stress.5. References: We may ask you to arrange personal reference calls with former managers, and others we may choose, from all previous employers.*Please note: *The pandemic has resulted in border restrictions in most countries.
