We’re LumiQ—a professional education podcast company. We help Chartered Professional Accountants (CPAs) get their continuing professional development hours (CPD), through engaging podcasts with business leaders.CPD is the required learning that CPAs generally loathe doing. They’re tired of sitting through boring webinars filled with irrelevant content and out-of-date product experiences.That’s why they’ve flocked to LumiQ, where our mission is to make CPD that people actually enjoy. With over 300 episodes, a slick mobile app, automatic compliance tracking, and new episodes weekly, we’ve re-imagined what professional education can be.Our past guests include Jim Balsillie (Founder of Blackberry), Colleen Johnston (former CFO of TD), Mike Katchen (Founder of Wealthsimple), and Allen Shim (CFO of Slack), among hundreds of other amazing and successful professionals.With 600+ companies signed up, and over 300% YoY growth, we’re at the precipice of launching a global movement that’s going to massively disrupt the professional education and podcasting industries. Plus, we also recently expanded into the US market and we’re seeing wonderful early signs of traction!In this role, we’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager who’s process oriented, loves data, and wants to join a strong team doing great things. By the end of next year, you will be supporting a sales team of around 20 people.Location: WFH Hybrid (with two days at our downtown Toronto office)What You’ll Be Doing:You’ll be leading our growing Sales Operations team, currently managing a team of one.You’ll also:

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Sales Management team to develop, implement, and maintain sales processes and strategies.
  • Manage and improve our lead distribution system and documentation on all things operations and sales workflow.
  • Analyze data and be obsessed with everything to do with a CRM (we use Hubspot).
  • Use CRM data to identify and improve conversions all the way through the sales process.
  • Assist with sales rep onboarding and continued training and development.
  • Be responsible for assisting the sales team with custom proposals and security compliances.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff from sales to customer success team when onboarding new clients.
  • Manage and maintain our existing sales tech stack, while continuing to identify new tools to improve operational effectiveness.
RequirementsWho you are:
  • You’ve got 2-3 years of sales operations experience, with a priority given to SaaS experience.
  • You are a CRM wiz (preference given to those with Hubspot experience).
  • You love data and can organize and make sense of large data sets.
  • You can take complete ownership of maintaining and improving our sales playbook and onboarding process.
  • You’re a leader that can manage and nurture a direct report.
  • You can help us improve our lead distribution process.
  • You want to learn, and you take feedback well.
  • You have strong analytical, listening and organization skills.
Bonus:
  • Experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Understanding of compliance-based industries.
  • Knowledge of the accounting industry.
  • Knowledge of email deliverability
