As a Salesforce and Integration Operations Support Consultant you’ll provide support of any incidents relating to Salesforce and ETL, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom code. You will be acting as a 2nd level support and working along with the production support team along application development team. The role might require after hour support and you will be part of the pager rotation to provide support.How You'll SucceedCollaborative Development : Performs technical analysis, design, configuration, and implementation support for system integrations and Salesforce customization's. Assist the production team in pushing code or data fix into the production environment.Code Quality : Responsible for developing custom applications and code, Lightning Components, Apex, Triggers, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.Implementation: Writes, tests, analyzes, and implements high quality code according to specifications. Create and manage implementation plan of fixes being deployed during hotfix and releases. Manage scheduled jobs using Autosys and File transferWho You AreYou can demonstrate experience in: 3+ years of hands-on development experience with SQL, Autosys, Azure Cloud, Azure Data Factory, Azure Pipelines, ETL, Salesforce, API, Web Services, DevOps and GIT.Technical experience with : Salesforce architecture and API, Writing Lightning components and Apex classes and triggers.Salesforce Integration: You have experience of integrating Salesforce with other applications via real-time, batch, sync, async.You have a certifications in: Certified Salesforce Developer, Certified Salesforce Advanced Developer a plus.Comfortable understanding of end to end platform. You are an individual with good knowledge and understanding of the overall architecture of Salesforce and its integration with Azure cloud and data movement with other system.It is an asset if you have experience with: Experience writing Salesforce DX and Financial Services Cloud experience. You have Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users. Technical project management experience preferably in Agile software development mythologies. Understanding of the change and incident management process Knowledge of using ServiceNow & Jira.
