Job Description

  • Maintains the material review platform’s library collections in support of the overall content strategy.
  • Manage the end-to-end processes for the centralized reference, claim & digital asset management libraries, while providing support to internal and external business partners on initial setup within the review and approval system libraries.
  • Establish and maintain relevant naming conventions, metadata, and content rights information for digital content assets, support references and core claims library within the material review platform.
  • Responsible for managing all library metadata, including quality assurance of content delivered to each library, ensuring all library assets are tagged appropriately and are searchable.
  • Identifies continuous improvements to improve business efficiency in the material review platform’s library collections.
QualificationsRequirementsEducation:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, or other regulated industry, in commercial.
Experience and Skills:Required:
  • Experience is Veeva Vault PromoMats system.
  • Business partnering and stakeholder management.
  • Strategic thinking with an ability to foresee risks and identify issues.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Preferred:
  • Bilingual would be an asset.
