Outside of full cycle recruitment responsibilities you will be a key business partner in helping coach, mentor and train hiring managers on recruitment best practices. Help champion right behaviours and address any challenges along the journey.Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle in acting as a TA advisor by ensuring we are driving a world class recruitment processFollow Slalom career framework standards, our recruiting process and ensure consistency in hiring practicesAct as a brand ambassador for Slalom by promoting career opportunities via different online platforms and building relationships with external partnersStaying on top of the latest talent acquisition methods and practicesWork on ad hoc recruitment related projects and initiativesManage recruitment for opportunities ranging from associate level to Director levelQualifications8+ years of full-cycle recruiting, prior technology recruited related experience required (agency environment preferred)Prior experience recruiting for cloud related roles a big bonus!Comfortable working in a fast paced and ambiguous environmentAn expert with headhunting tactics and LinkedIn RecruiterPassionate about inclusion, diversity and equityPrior experience acting as talent acquisition advisor and strategic business partnerAbility to manage multiple priorities and ensure business leaders feel supported throughout the processWhat keeps us hereCulture!
