We have a diverse team of over 250 full-time team members working remotely or in one of our seven global offices—located in Canada, the USA, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, India, and our company headquarters in Poland.We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help us grow!Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle recruitment for all departments, globally, from requirements gathering, job postings, to reference checking
• Build relationships with external applicants and create outstanding candidate and freelancer experiences across the hiring stages
• Screen and qualify candidates and freelancers for the interview stage, lead initial interviews and administer any relevant tests during the interview process
• Coordinate and schedule interviews/tests with internal teams (Hiring Managers, Leads and HR team)
• Build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers across the globe and be their trusted partner/advisor
• Headhunt strategically using your knowledge of fast-growing companies and your professional network
• Constantly improve and streamline our hiring processes to improve candidates and freelancers experience and efficiency
• Maintain, manage and monitor ATS and ensuring all team members involved in recruitment process are diligently utilizing the tool
• Lead the employee branding and educating candidates of our industry and business practices
• Support our Vendor Management team to build and manage our freelancer’s community (recruiting, onboarding, etc.)
• Involvement in HR initiatives if time allows

You are: · Passionate about recruitment and love headhunting & sourcing for challenging roles· Talented -- you are an emerging leader with a minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting in a fast-paced industry with a successful track record (agency recruiters are welcome to apply)· Communicator -- Strong written and verbal communications skills, you think fast, engage, and write eloquently· Candidate experience focused -- Ability to create a wow experience with candidates· Computer savvy -- Advanced user of Microsoft Office/Google suites and able to pick up new software quickly· Agility -- Ability to manage several projects and conflicting priorities simultaneously· Positive -- you have a nothing is impossible attitude .
