We are responsible for the most complex projects within the team, introducing and supporting new technology, process and procedure to meet the business objectives and to provide technical support, consultation and guidance in specialized areas. We also ensure that all activities conducted are following governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.The roleReporting to a Senior Manager, GSOC Support, you will play a critical part in helping the team support the various technologies within the Bank. You will work in a standard Monday to Friday business hours and expected to be available after-hours for support in the evenings or weekends.Is this role right for you
