Remote Bilingual Inbound Sales RepresentativeThis is a sales role, not customer service

What You’ll Do:
  • You love being part of a team, enjoy a fast-paced environment and are focused on achieving your goals, both individually and with your team
  • As the face of Wayfair, you must maintain professionalism during all interactions, building trust and rapport with your customers to create a personalized selling experience
  • You listen to our customers and use your expertise, creativity, and passion to explore our products and guide your customers to buy from Wayfair
  • You meet or exceed all targets for revenue, close/conversion rate, calls per hour and more…you love a good challenge!
  • You can simultaneously navigate multiple software applications and technologies, you need little to no support it doing so
What You’ll Need:
  • Preferably 1+ years of sales and/or Target-driven environments experience: Over the phone sales ; Door-to-Door ; Retail ;
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • You must be fluent in both English and Canadian French. Your home base is in Ontario.
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Strong time management skills, with a history of regular and reliable attendance
  • You thrive in a selling environment, leveraging your engaging personality to confidently promote product solutions and influence customers to buy from Wayfair
  • Ability to maintain the required internet speed of at least 25 Mbps (download) and 5 Mbps (upload) to support voice traffic and HTTPS web traffic using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WiFi)
  • A workspace that is free from noise or distraction (Wayfair provides all necessary computer equipment)
Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday shift
  • No nights or weekends required!
Location:
  • This role will be fully remote in the province of Ontario. Maintaining the required internet speed in our virtual environment is a critical component in providing reliable and efficient service to our customers, as well as empowering our employees to be successful in their virtual roles. Successful applicants will be required to complete internet speed testing to ensure minimum internet capabilities are met.
