You also issue primary identity documents such as Driver’s Licences and Nova Scotia Identification cards. Other key responsibilities include maintaining security/control of public funds and issuing and securing control of serial numbered and non-serial numbered inventory. While exercising a high degree of confidentiality, you accurately enter and retrieve data from automated systems. In your work, you interact with the general public, providing excellent customer service.Qualifications and ExperienceTo be considered for this position, you hold a minimum of four years of experience in a fast-paced, front line customer service environment. An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered. You are a flexible team-player with strong customer service skills, and you complete your work with efficiency and accuracy.
