Job Description

SummaryJob Title: Development CoordinatorLocation: Tumbler Ridge, British ColumbiaSchedule / Terms of Employment: This is a full-time permanent position.Primary PurposeHelp support key workflows that are necessary to ensure a successful future for Conuma Resources. Support field projects as well as providing support on environmental and regulatory programs.Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive Third Party Engineering and Generate Value for Large Expenditures in the Local Area
  • Lead environmental baseline studies for major assets
  • Assist in major and minor regulatory applications
  • Build execution strategy and create detailed plans (Health and Safety, Methodology of Execution, etc.) for Hermann Project Construction
  • Create Critical Contract Management Strategies
  • Lead Construction Team Workflows
  • Create Detailed Budgets for Capital Expenditure and Final AFE
  • Continue to Assist in Building our Project Team
Qualifications and Experience
  • Combination of experience in Regulatory, engineering and environment would be considered an asset
  • Professional designation preferred
  • BC Mine Supervisor Certification
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience
Skills and Abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Personable and with proven ability to develop and maintain key vendor relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and manage time.
  • Proficiency in using various applications: Word (compare and track changes), Excel, SharePoint, Adobe, and PowerPoint.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Multifaceted and has the urgency required for project development.
  • Proven initiative and self-motivation.
  • A positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively and within established timelines.
