Job Description

On behalf of our Public Sector Client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Salesforce Administrator with experience in Marketing Cloud or CRM.Summary of the Role:The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for administering and supporting the Salesforce platform, focusing on both CRM and Marketing Cloud. The candidate must be open to learning and supporting both technologies. The role involves system configuration, troubleshooting, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of Salesforce.Dutiesamp; Responsibilities:

  • Administer the enterprise Salesforce platform, including third-party integrated applications across multiple environments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.
  • Manage user permissions and ensure system security.
  • Design and implement solutions using Salesforce objects, triggers, workflows, and rules.
  • Manage data synchronization between Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM, and develop automated workflows in Marketing Cloud.
  • Implement best practices for email deliverability and Salesforce release management.
  • Oversee data integrity, including duplicate management and data cleanup using tools like SOQL and Data Loader.
  • Design and build data integration points between Salesforce and other systems using APIs and integration platforms.
Core Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration (either Marketing Cloud or CRM).
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Marketing Cloud Administrator).
  • Experience with traceability, requirements, and issue tracking systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to deploy third-party applications.
  • Knowledge of project management, quality assurance, and change management best practices.
Desired Skillsamp; Experience:
  • Experience in developing automated workflows and journeys in Marketing Cloud.
  • Understanding of Salesforce data security and governance practices.
  • Experience in integrating Salesforce with external data sources using API tools.
Terms:This is a full-time permanent position based on a Hybrid work model, with one onsite day per week (Wednesdays).
