Equivalent ExperienceDescription:We are looking for a process oriented and organized IS Support Technician with a good understanding in Tier 2 technical support. As the IS Support Technician you will serve as the first point of contact, and a primary source for resolutions and expertise, in the area of Tier 2 support for all of the organization’s internal technology needs.You will be responsible for receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user IS requests, and escalating incidents when considered appropriate and necessary to maintain service level agreement expectations. You will also be responsible for deploying computers, printers, and other equipment, ensuring end user satisfaction of the deployment and completing the return of older equipment.This position is in Valemount, British Columbia and on shift work.Duties include:
