Our Customer Care Centre in New Minas is looking for a Customer Service Agent - Summer Student to join their team! This is a great opportunity for a student who is enrolled in post-secondary education with great customer service and is eager to learn about the Automotive Industry. This position is an 8-week contract and you must meet the Canada Summer Jobs criteria to apply.About the Opportunity:As a valued member of the Customer Care Centre, you will have the opportunity to learn about the exciting world of the automotive industry and assist the teams with all aspects of what makes our dealerships successful. Duties may include: Assisting the Switchboard team by handling a large number of incoming calls and dispatching them to the correct person or department, working with the Service team to make outbound calls advising customers of services their vehicles are due for, updating the customer database to ensure all information is correct while providing exceptional customer service.What we are looking for:You meet the criteria for the Canada Summer Job Funding.
