Job Description

We are looking for an organized and self-starting Leasing Administrator to join our Leasing team which is based in both Kentville and Middleton, NS!The Opportunity:As a valued member of our Leasing Department, you will be responsible for contacting various insurance companies on renewals, terminations and updates, maintaining records in our system on insurance expires for active leases as well as sorting insurance mail and distributing the information into our system as required. You will track completed deals made by our Sales and Leasing Consultants, prepare bills of sales and assist with the deal process of files with the team, ensuring the necessary paperwork is gathered and dispatching it to be reviewed and processed and make trips to the Registry of Motor Vehicles. You will import and review invoices into our invoicing management system, maintain office supplies and place supply orders when required.What we are looking for:You are analytical, process-driven and detail-oriented, and you enjoy a position where you can produce precise work. You possess great communication skills, you can easily manage a large load of paperwork while maintaining exceptional organizational and time management skills. You are able to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision while adhering to tight deadlines. You have a strong ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.Must haves:You must have a valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record. You have previous administrative experience and customer service skills.
