Description: The building caretaker provides basic maintenance and general upkeep to property grounds and buildings, depicting the pride of ownership and respect for our members and delivering on our promise to enhance the community with safe events and activities.Responsibilities: Maintain the grounds, including landscaped areas, sidewalks and parking lots-Perform seasonal duties as required (gardening, mowing, weeding, snow removal and salting)-Assist with minor maintenance as neededQualifications: Prior experience with building maintenance, janitorial or grounds keeping in either commercial or residential properties would be an asset-Availability and flexibility are key components-Ability to communicate and treat the public with respect is paramount-Able to operate a mower, whippersnipper and drive a small tractor with implements are imperative-Access to reliable transportation and possesses class 5 drivers license and can provide a clean drivers abstract-Subject to a criminal background check-must be physically fit and able to lift and carry up to 50lbs without assistance-has a strong customer service focus and is a team player who is willing to pitch in wherever required-Work as part of an on-call team on weekends as neededPart-time hours: 10-15 per weekJob Types: Part-time, CasualSalary: $15.00-$19.00 per hourSchedule:
