Your Opportunity:In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a Remote Retention Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $3,000. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay.Description:Reporting to the Area Manager, the Care Manager Seniors Health performs a leadership role in Seniors Health. This position is responsible and accountable for providing the direction, team leadership and organization over the activities of Seniors Health within a specific area(s) in support of the vision, mission and business plan of Alberta Health Services. The position is responsible and accountable for making front line unit-level decisions and having direct leadership responsibility for contributing to the achievement of the goals of Seniors Health in a person-centered care environment.
