Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics encourages scientists working in foundational areas of theoretical physics to apply for tenure and tenure-track Faculty and Associate Faculty positions. The Institute welcomes applications from exceptional candidates in cosmology, mathematical physics (including Mathematics), particle physics, quantum fields and strings, quantum foundations, quantum gravity, quantum information, quantum matter, and strong gravity. The Institute offers an exceptional research environment and is currently staffed with 26 Research Faculty (including 8 Perimeter Research Chairs), three Teaching Faculty, one Outreach Faculty, 22 Research Associate Faculty (including one Perimeter Research Chair), 41 Distinguished Visiting Research Chairs, 72 Postdoctoral Researchers, and 61 Visiting Fellows. The Institute’s very active visitor, seminar, conference, and workshop programs attract over 1,000 visitors each year. Applications will be considered until all positions have been filled.
