Job Description

Human Resources Associate - PROCOM KW is searching for a Human Resources Associate to support our software client’s Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) team. Human Resources Associate Job DetailsAs a Human Resources Associate, you will provide administration support to the Global HR team. You will assist with Human Resources transactions and administration and you will assist with employment changes, benefit and savings administration, HR policies, practices, and procedures.Human Resources Associate Responsibilities

  • Seamless execution of a full range of duties related to the Americas HRSS transactions including:
  • Canadian Benefit Billing (AD amp;D, Home and Auto, RRSP, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short Term Disability)
  • Brazil Benefit Billing (Life Insurance, Medical, Dental, Vision)
  • US Benefit Billing (Legal, FSA, Kaiser, New York, New Jersey, STD, Life Insurance, AD amp;D, Medical, Dental, Vision)
  • Responsible for ensuring proper setup and cancellation of employee benefits
  • Manage various files as they relate to benefits for the Americas team (contribution changes, suspensions, demographic file, payroll change files, information loads)
  • Collation and distribution of global service award letters
  • Answer all questions around policy and process for various programs including gym memberships
  • Employment verifications
  • Data entry to HRIS system as required
  • Employment Change letter creation/distribution
  • Help distribute and assign workload through HR ticketing system for the team
  • Mail pickup/drop off and delivery for HR department
  • Responsible for accurate filling and storage of employee records
  • Ensure all standard operating procedures are continuously updated/maintained based on knowledge and understanding of processes managed
  • Ensure all escalated issues are handled in a timely manner and resolution is communicated
  • Ensure delivery against service level agreements
  • General administration/project work
Human Resources Mandatory Skills
  • 1 -2 years of experience, some of which is relevant to the job
  • Post-secondary education
  • Intermediate Level - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Preferred - Completed Human Resources diploma, designation or certification
  • Strong Administration Skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Communication Skills
  • Computer Literacy
  • Ability to multitask yet remain detailed orientated
  • Able to perform job responsibilities and duties under minimal supervision
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
Human Resources Associate Nice to Have Skills
  • SAP or equivalent Human Resources Information System
  • Country specific knowledge (specifically benefit knowledge)
