Company OverviewWe manage upscale rental properties for students living in the Waterloo area who are serious about their academic success. We provide the finest in student rental suites combining affordability with added perks. We are determined to provide the comfortable accommodations and excellent service.Job SummaryThis position requires the candidate to enjoy working and being around with tenants. You would be responsible for the property administration as detailed below. This is achieved through demonstrating excellent skills in: customer service, communication, administration and organization.Key Responsibilities: Data Entry

  • Performing administration activities for tenants.
  • Maintain residents #39; files by uploading all resident changes in Yardi, software (transfers, assignments, move-ins/outs etc).
  • Assist to manage and maintain rent rolls and rentable items for assigned portfolio.
  • Assist to manage rent ready status for assigned portfolio.
  • Process and review lease documents to ensure timely and accurate updates of the lease information in Yardi.
  • Work with the leasing team when required.
General Administration/Reporting
  • Assist in providing information reports for operating divisions and upper management as required.
  • Processing, preparing and mailing resident increase notices, renewals notices.
  • Assist in reviewing lease setup for assigned portfolio on a monthly basis. A professional demeanor coupled with strong communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to critically analyze various business structures and understand the various interrelationships.
  • Ability to accurately listen, understand and respond appropriately.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in high pressure situations.
  • Self-motivated individual who is proactive, takes initiative, goal and results oriented
  • Superior organizational and time management skills in order to multi-task/prioritize and work under tight timelines and meet multiple deadlines.

  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Superior attention to detail and accuracy and excellent follow-up skills.
  • Work and act independently using good judgment when assessing difficult situations.
