Job Description

Job DescriptionThe Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for our CRM platform #39;s day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement, and automate technology solutions to deliver business value. The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with internal stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and technical architects to identify, develop, and deploy new and improved processes and capabilities across the business.What You’ll Do:Reporting to the Digital Solutions Director, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with key stakeholders across the business, identifying and gathering their requirements to improve and enhance OTIP’s Salesforce platform.
  • Translating business processes into technical solutions and creating supporting documents.
  • Handling all aspects of user and license management (e.g., new user setup/deactivation, locked user accounts, password resets, SSO and two-factor authentication issues).
  • Providing first line of support for user tickets related to the Salesforce CRM platform, as needed.
  • Supporting user training on platform capabilities and features and supporting the creation of training materials.
  • Customizing and configuring Salesforce to meet business needs, including but not limited to simple flows, fields, page layouts, custom settings, dashboards, and reports to enable users to generate efficient reports, visualizing data properly.
  • Ensuring effective usage of the Salesforce platform by managing data quality (e.g., fix incorrect or duplicate data records) and user adoption dashboards.
  • Keeping the Salesforce implementations updated with the latest releases as per OTIP requirements.
  • Monitoring and staying current with Salesforce CRM features and updates.
  • Supporting the Salesforce Developer, as needed.
