As an LPN, you will provide person-centered care, collaborate with RNs, implement wellness programs, maintain accurate records, and promote health and safety practices.About The RoleAs a Licensed Practical Nurse at our Evergreen Community in White Rock, you’ll be instrumental in delivering compassionate and person-centered care. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team to enhance the quality of life for our residents.Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Registered Nurses to support complex care cases and ensure holistic resident well-being.
  • Administering medications, conducting health assessments, and developing individualized care plans.
  • Promoting resident wellness through engagement in physical and emotional health programs.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using electronic systems such as PointClickCare and eMAR.
  • Leading with a servant heart, building positive relationships with residents, families, and your team.
  • Ensuring safe and respectful environments that reflect our commitment to dignity and excellence.

Requirements
  • Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma.
  • Current registration in good standing with BCCNM.
  • Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
  • Availability to work consistent shifts, including evenings.

  1. EBT-LPN-Permanent Part-Time (0.702 FTE) | Evening Shift (15:00 - 23:00)
