• A clear, professional communicator capable of arranging payments, securing promise-to-pay agreements and following up on payment receipts.
• Someone who can process card payments and manage ongoing account disputes with empathy.
• Someone to accurately document customer files and ensure appropriate action is taken.
• A person who can negotiate settlements within assigned authorization levels and manage loss mitigation and recovery activities as needed.

WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED

• 1-3 years of customer service experience (preferably in a call center environment.)
• Proven negotiation skills and the ability to de-escalate situations.
• Above average computer literacy including MS office programs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, adapt and manage changing priorities.
• Strong analytical, technical, problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Adaptable to learn new things, shift priorities and maintain composure while meeting tight deadlines.
• Flexible availability to cover day, evening and weekend shifts as required.
