Big Bank! in LEAMINGTON, ON.Optimize Marketing is looking for a Field Representative to join our Team! The Demonstrator is responsible for acquiring and maintaining knowledge of products being demonstrated. As well as serving, demonstrating, intercepting customers and provide product knowledge in a friendly and professional manner.Weekends Responsibilities: · Maintain an overall professional appearance consistent with the requirements of the position· Proactively intercept, engage, interact, and give product knowledge to the consumer in a positive manner· Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product to consumers in-store· Maintains a clean, sterile and safe work station· Sets up and tears down demonstration material including tables, posters, etc· Achieves 100% execution on scheduled shifts· Builds and maintains rapport with store personnel to effectively meet company and client objectives· Prepares and submits all on-line call reports by the designated deadline· Any other duties as assignedQualifications: Education/Experience: One to three months related experience; customer service or BrandingPhysical Demands: The demonstrator will be regularly required to:· Stand up to 4 - 6 hours at a time· Lift and carry up to 30 poundsPhysical Appearance: · Individuals must ensure a professional appearance and proper grooming, cleanliness and neatness· Be dressed in the specific uniform as per the uniform guidelines when in shiftPart-time hours: 20 per weekContract length: 6 monthsExpected start date: 2021-05-27Job Types: Part-time, TemporarySalary: $15.00-$16.00 per hourExperience:
