Job Description

Inventory Control LeadWindsor Fulfillment has developed a one-of-a-kind, eCommerce fulfillment service model, providing our customers with duty free receiving and same day, Section 321 fulfillment to the US. This has resulted in extremely high growth over the past twelve months and are in need of an experienced warehouse operator who can bring our facility to the next level.Position Description SummaryReporting directly to the executive team, the successful candidate will oversee new customer onboarding, inbound receiving, inventory management and reporting functions.The candidate will be in direct communication with the customers, responding to any questions regarding inbound deliveries, on-hand inventory and order status.Principal Responsibilities

  • Set up Customers in our WMS including item setup and billing functions
  • Manage the new client onboarding process
  • Oversee the inbound receiving and put away process
  • Ensure the racks and pick locations are properly labeled and established in the WMS
  • Assign inbound receipts to optimal warehouse locations
  • Ensure the operations team has the required materials to ensure on time and accurate receipts
  • Ensure the receiving and inventory management teams are optimally staffed and trained
  • Maintain inventory data integrity and track inventory accuracy
  • Research and resolve root cause of inventory discrepancies
  • Review and improve current training methods, internal controls, and reports, to improve the companys overall performance
  • Develop and maintain cycle count activities by overseeing the process, providing variance reports and reconciliations
  • Recommend changes to existing processes that will lead to increased productivity and accuracy
  • Provide weekly analysis reports
  • Ensure compliance with OHS procedures and practices
​Skills and Experience
  • 3-5 years in the supply chain industry
  • Proficiency in MS office, specifically excel
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and identify areas for improvement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to work in a team environment is essential
  • A high degree of initiative
  • Excellent knowledge of industry standards and warehousing processes
  • Detail orientated and excellent time management with the ability to multitask
