Job Description

An exciting and immediate career opportunity is currently available at WFCU Credit Union for a:Loan Process AssistantThe Loan Process Assistant is responsible for providing excellent service through the execution of administrative duties according to detailed procedures and with complete accuracy as a function of the Administration team.In summary, the Loan Process Assistant will:

  • Verify deposits and cheques
  • Balance general ledgers
  • Perform a variety of activities revolving around documentation, filing, and reporting
  • Adhere to and comply with established policies, guidelines and procedures with a high level of accuracy
  • Any other duties as assigned.
The “must-have” skills and qualifications that we’re looking for are:
  • Post-secondary education in Office Administration or relevant field of study
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a related position
  • A high level of both written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain adherence to strict policies and procedures
  • Excellent computer proficiency operating Microsoft Office programs
These additional skills are considered assets too:
  • Prior experience within the financial services industry.
